Great book, inaccurate listing

I ordered this as 'Like New' but when it came it was ex-library with stickers, water damage, tears in a few pages and inside covers, and some writing inside the front and back cover...

Broken binding

I ordered this book in very good condition. "Very Good" does not mean the cover is ripping off the spine.

I Fell in Love!

Before reading this trilogy I read The Mortal Instruments series and thought "nothing can beat this," but The Infernal Devices absolutely blew my mind and has become, by far, my favourite fictional world. For those not familiar with the Shadowhunter world, this trilogy and TMI series is about a unique species of humans called Shadowhunters who are part human and part angel. Shadowhunters protect the human world from threatening creatures like demons and other threats. This particular trilogy features romance in a light I'd never seen before, some great action and adventure, as well as a protagonist who struggles with her identity (quite literally actually) and has to learn to embrace what she is. I could not put the book down at all and I fell in love with just about all of the characters. I saw no flaws in the telling of this story except for the fact that it didn't go on forever. If fantasy and romance is something you're passionate about, this trilogy will steal your heart.

To good to be true

Best book.

I have read many books and Cassandra Clare is just so flawless. If you have read the mortal instruments you will not regret reading this trilogy. I think the infernal devices is better than TMI(the mortal instruments). It is set in the England in the 1800s so it is a mix up of what you would normally read. If you are reading this and debating on if it sounds good or not.....just do yourself a favor and read it. You will love Will and Jem in your own ways.
