Dream where losers go

Skey's suicide attempt lands her in a mental institution. While she dreams she finds herself in a dark tunnel with carvings on the wall. She meets a boy in this "dream" and begins telling him stories of the carvings. In the real world she enters her school again and her boyfriend trigger (a gang member of the Dragons) is pressuring her for sex. Soon she begins to remember the gang rape that happened to her. I've been waiting since february for this book and I have to tell you this is the first time the book has been worth the wait. It's the best book I've read in a long time.
