The best novel on this subject

Having read nine novels in this genre now, I am delighted to have come across this one. It is the best of the lot by far. If any author has ever written a scarier, more suspenseful and meaningful apocalyptic novel than this, I'd like to hear about it. The Last Day is a heart-gripping read with very poignant social commentary. Excellent.

Cathartic

If you want to let go of a lot of longstanding, pent-up emotions, this is the book to do it for you. I found myself silently cheering throughout, getting really caught up in what this book has to say. There are things in here that somebody should have said a long, long time ago. I'm thankful I've had a chance to see it happen. This man tells the truth, and he lays it on the line like nobody else I've ever read. It took guts to write this and I'm sure it's tweaking a lot of noses, but I say, more power to you, Glenn Kleier!

Great story!

They don't come any more exciting than this. From the first page, this novel sizzles along at a dizzying pace, taking you on one wild ride into the unknown. The detail is astonishing. I can't imagine the hours of research that went into developing the plotline, but it is very well thought out, very tight. It's that attention to detail that gives this story such realism. The "What if?" scenario is completely credible. The suspense is unbearable. If you enjoy thrillers, this one delivers, and with a slam dunk ending you cannot anticipate. Two thumbs up.

Thought provoking

I really enjoyed this. I like stories that are different and that involve your mind as well as your emotions. The Last Day does both. It engages you on both levels, with a story that is frighteningly believable, yet forces you to look at lots of interesting spiritual concepts in a brand new light. There is action, love, drama and evil, and a lot of really funny, tongue in cheek humor. The story's many twists and turns are not at all what I expected. I loved it and highly recommend it.

THANK YOU CHRISTINE B!

A FRIEND RECOMMENDED THIS BOOK TO ME AND I WANT TO PASS ALONG THE FAVOR. THIS IS THE MOST UNUSUAL BOOK I'VE EVER READ. IT READS SO INCREDIBLY REAL THAT YOU WOULD SWEAR IT'S TRUE. THE WAY KELIER WEAVES HISTORY, SCRIPTURE AND CURRENT EVENTS INTO THIS SUPERNATURAL ACCOUNTING OF JUDGMENT DAY IS NOTHING SHORT OF BRILLIANT. THERE ARE SOME UNSUAL THINGS HIDDEN IN HERE THAT YOU WON'T GET ON THE FIRST READ, BUT ARE REALLY AMAZING (AND OFTEN QUITE HILARIOUS) IN A SECOND READ. A GREAT DEAL OF RESEARCH AND THOUGHT HAS GONE INTO THIS STORY. WHEN YOU FINISH IT, YOU WILL SEE LIFE AROUND YOU IN A FAR CLEARER AND MORE OPTIMISTIC LIGHT.
